DAO TIEN  COOKING SCHOOL

Guests interested in learning the secrets of authentic Vietnamese cooking are invited to attend a class at the DAO TIEN COOKING SCHOOL.

Our classes are conducted by a qualified chef and are  held each morning. Take a trip to the local market,  witness first hand the hub bub of the morning trade where local women barter while sharing the gossip of the day.

For groups of 6 or more we will arrange a visit to a local organic vegetable growing village where you can observe the time honoured methods used to produce HoiAns fresh produce. 

Back at the Garden Restaurant you will learn to create three distinctive Vietnamese dishes and carve exquisite flowers from fruit and vegetables to decorate them.

At mornings end, enjoy a delightful lunch prepared by you!
